APD arrests possible serial groper

Story Summary:
Austin police have arrested 21-year-old Siji Moreno for an assault with injury incident that occurred at a North Austin Target Nov. 1. Moreno is a suspect in several other groping cases at area businesses, including a Target in West Austin, and was previously on probation for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and manslaughter. He is now in Travis County Jail with no bond.
