On Tuesday, Gov. Perry and Lt. Gov. Dewhurst spoke in support of Senate Bill-11, one which require drug testing for all applicants to the TANF program. Opponents of the bill say that the drug screening would amount to unlawful search and seizure and that a similar plan has proven ineffective in the past.
