Story Summary:
Crews on Monday will begin drilling holes in the bottom of Lady Bird Lake for more than 300 piers that will support the boardwalk. Construction began last month, and when it's finished the 1.2-mile boardwalk will close the hike-and-bike trail loop around Lady Bird Lake.
