Story Summary:
Officers with the Lone Star Fugitive Task Force arrested 67-year-old Lloyd Lester Gibson, III at the intersection of South Congress and Oltorf on Monday. Gibson has several child indecency charges, as well as failure to register as a sex offender and burglary of a habitation. He will soon be extradited to Tarrant County.
