Story Title:
Anderson watches own grueling deposition before court of inquiry

Story Summary:
Williamson County District Judge Ken Anderson watched his own, 2011, recorded video deposition Tuesday during the second day of his court of inquiry into Michael Morton's wrongful conviction. Morton spent more than 24 years behind bars for the murder of his wife Christine, which DNA evidence later proved he did not commit. A visiting judge will determine during the court of inquiry if Anderson is guilty of withholding evidence during the original trial when he served as district attorney. During his deposition, Anderson said he couldn’t remember much about the investigation into Christine Morton’s death.
