Jury selection will begin Monday for 25-year-old Gabrielle Nestande, the former legislative aide who faces manslaughter and intoxication manslaughter charges in the 2011 fatal hit-and-run death of Courtney Griffin. Police say Nestande struck Griffin with her black BMW in Central Austin before fleeing to a friend’s house nearby. She was arrested at the State Capitol later that morning.
