A Travis County grand jury indicted an Austin man for intoxication manslaughter after a traffic accident that killed a woman.

Umar Abdurr-Rahim was indicted for the death of 21-year old Amanda White.

The accident happened March 5 on Braker Lane near Kramer Lane.

Investigators said the two were driving alongside each other when Rahim's car sideswiped White's car causing her to slam head-on into a tree.

Police arrested Rahim after he failed sobriety tests.
