A celebration of Puerto Rican folk dancing is moving because of the flood at the State Theatre.

Celebrando 2006 was scheduled to take the stage next weekend. Theater operators are working to adjust the schedule because the theater can't be used until repairs are made.

Celebrando 2006 has been moved to the McCullough Theatre on The University of Texas campus.

The Puerto Rican Folkloric Dance & Cultural Center was founded in 1977. It offers performance and educational programs for children and adults and a professional-level performing company.
