Outside the Gym: Power wheel pushups

Core Fit Austin owner Ryan Nail said using the power wheel while doing a staggered pushup walk stabilizes the core and builds muscle throughout the body.

By placing your feet on the wheel, you can do the pushups in the forward and the backward direction.

The exercise works the core and arms and helps build stability throughout the body.
