Outside the Gym: Partner pushups
Core Fit Training owner Ryan Nail said working out with a partner can provide a total body workout.
Try pushups with a friend, locking hands, with one person lying on the ground, and the other person in pushup position.
This exercise works the entire body, Nail said.
"You get the abs, of course, but you're also ripping and toning and building strength in the upper body," he said.
