There are hundreds of trailer food options in Austin. Deciding which ones to try can be a daunting task. That's when Tiffany Harelik, creator of the Trailer Food Diaries steps in.

"I started Trailer Food Diaries about a year ago because I didn't find a consistent resource for information on all the trailer food vendors in town," Harlik said.

Harelik uses her blog to tell the stories of the entrepreneurs behind each trailer. As her blog grows in popularity, so do her opportunities to shed light on area food trailers.

Harelik helped to create the first annual Gypsy Picnic Trailer Food Festival last November, and is currently working to create a TV series and cookbook.

"We’re living in a time when people are starving for creativity. They’re starving for, you know, just that life. People are starving for food," Harelik said. "I get to hit all those things in a really feel-good, fun, Austin way."
