Rick Barnes had some very stern words for his five-star freshman point guard Myck Kabongo following UT's 19 point loss to North Carolina Wednesday night. Kabongo had said on his Twitter account before the game that he was 50-50 to play. Barnes saying postgame that was news to him.

Turns out Kabongo did play, just not very well, especially in the eyes of his head coach.
Barnes was openly critical of Kabongo, saying he failed to execute the called play at the beginning of the game. Kabongo finished with one point, four turnovers and one assist. He spent the final 18 minutes of the game on the bench. Rick Barnes made his displeasure quite clear.
