Austin Business Journal Editor Colin Pope said Austin lawyer Bogdan Rentea bought about 350 shares of Facebook stock for about $40 a pop. Now, the stocks are trading for much lower.
Bogdan filed papers June 6, asking a local judge to question Faceboook officials to see if they were forthcoming with information about the initial public offering.
