Curious, bubbly and outspoken -- those are just a few of the qualities you'll find in 8-year-old Devon and his 9-year-old sister Daphne. They have a lot in common, including their love for animals. YNN's Jennifer Borget went with them on a tour around the Austin Animal Center where the siblings checked out pets they'd love to adopt someday.
