Talking about family isn't always the easiest issue for kids without one of their own.
Twins Vincent and Veronica have had each other, though they've been traveling on a tough road.
"We don't really get to do that much when we're in foster care," Vincent said.
The two have waited for years to be adopted.
Veronica likes to watch movies and to get new shoes. Vincent is an active boy who likes to be outside. He's playful, loves sports and his favorite subject is math, because it's like a puzzle.
"We have to write the answers down and try and guess the answers," he said.
They have different interests and different needs when it comes to a family.
Vincent said he's ready to be adopted right away, while Veronica has reservations. She may take some time to warm up, though she said she does want a family.
"To be adopted, but not right now," she said.
Veronica is scared of a new environment and meeting new people, but she does know that a forever family for her and her brother is the best ending for their story. For now she'll keep waiting for it to happen.
"Someday," she said.
Until then, she'll have the other half of the pair to keep her company.
