In partnership with the Adoption Coalition of Texas, YNN's Jennifer Borget takes her number one priority -- family-- and gives you a glimpse into the eyes of a foster child who needs one. Every Sunday, Jennifer sheds light on some of the issues surrounding foster care and adoption and introduces you to children looking for Forever Families. If you'd like to know more about a child you've seen on “Forever Families,” please contact the Adoption Coalition of Texas at info@adopttexas.org

A trip to the Austin Zoo is a treat for any animal-loving child, but for Meadow, Destiny and Mason, it was also a chance to spend time together—something they don't get to do every day.

The siblings live in separate foster homes, but they hope to someday share the same home again.

In the video above, watch the loving siblings enjoy their day together at the zoo and get to know them as they discuss the family they’d love to be a part of.

For more information about these three, contact the Adoption Coalition of Texas by calling (512) 301-2825 or by visiting AdoptionCoalitionTX.org.
