With South by Southwest just around the corner, visitors from sister cities are already arriving.
Austin’s newest sister city, Angers, France, is about 200 miles southwest of Paris. The partnership, which was first formed in 2011, provides an opportunity for the two cities to exchange cultures.
This year, South by Southwest will play host to three different aspects of Angers culture: music, companies and food.
