The 2011
Texas Biennial is officially underway. The statewide showcase is meant to promote the contemporary visual art in Texas.
Many of the artists are showcased in Houston, San Antonio and Austin. According to Shea Little, the Director of the Texas Biennial, the exhibit at 816 Congress is a good place to start.
"The key is to see all the spaces, but starting at 816 would be a really good way to see a lot of the works in one location," Little said.
