The competition gets a little cutthroat with more new releases trying to steal some thunder from "The Amazing Spider-Man."
Make no mistake, Spidey is uncatchable for the weekend's top spot after a record breaking opening Tuesday, but the buzz is also strong for several other new flicks headed to local theaters.
