The incredible comeback of singer songwriter Sixto Rodriguez hits Austin in a few ways this weekend. His resurrection from pop culture obscurity is the subject of "Searching for Sugar Man," which returns for an encore run at Violet Crown Cinema this weekend.

Rodriguez performs sold-out concert Sunday night at Antone's. On Saturday he will host Q&A sessions following the 7:25 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. movie screenings, and he'll also introduce Saturday's 9:30 p.m. screening.

Rodriguez's story is the subject of a top notch documentary, which explains how, in one foreign country, the musician is regarded as one of the biggest rock stars in the world.
