ACL officially expands to two weekends
It’s official—the Austin City Limits Music Festival is expanding to two weekends starting in 2013.
C3, the company who hosts the fest, reached a deal with the City of Austin Tuesday to expand the event.
Organizers say per usual, tickets for next year will go on sale after the 2012 fest is over.
Headliners at this year’s ACL are Neil Young, The Red Hot Chili Peppers and the Black Keys. Fest weekend kicks off Oct. 12.
