Texas Democrats delay Green Party certification

Green Party candidates in Texas will not be certified for at least another 14 days.
The party reached an agreement with the Texas Democratic Party Thursday for a temporary restraining order.
Democrats accused a group called ''Choices for America'' of working to get candidates that would siphon votes from Democrats on the ballot.
The Texas Democratic Party claimed Republican operatives are behind the group, and believes the ballot drives involved illegal contributions.
Chad Dunn is on the general counsel for the Texas Democratic Party.
"Now the Texas Green Party, to date, has come clean,” he said. “The Texas Democratic Party has come clean. It's time for the Republican Party and the Rick Perry campaign to admit to what they've done, be straight with the voters and come out with the truth."
A spokesman for the Republican Party of Texas said the group had no involvement with the ballot drive.
