The City of Austin released recommendations for a transportation bond proposal totaling almost $85 million, about half of the amount the city could bond without raising taxes.
The recommendations were posted at an open house Thursday at Austin City Hall.
The proposal includes improvements for the Y at Oak Hill, the Rundberg roadway extension, the boardwalk at Lady Bird Lake and sidewalk improvements in several areas.
The transportation department said this is just the start of the process.
