Celebrate July 4th with the Austin Symphony

A burst of color will fill the sky over Auditorium Shores during the Austin Symphony's Fourth of July concert and fireworks show.
Thousands are expected to participate in this free annual event that kicks off at 8:30 p.m. on Sunday, July 4. ASO Music Director Peter Bay will lead the orchestra in patriotic music like the popular "1812 Overture" and "Stars and Stripes."
Those who would prefer to watch the show from the comfort of home can tune in to News 8 Austin at 9:30 p.m. News 8's Paul Brown will bring the fireworks show to you live from Auditorium Shores.
