The New Movement Theater is an improv, stand-up and sketch comedy training center. They offer free classes for kids and adults on the art of being silly. The theater offers cheap or free shows four nights a week.
Chris Trew is co-owner of The New Movement Theater.
"It is 100 percent free, truth in comedy storytelling series. So a bunch of comedians and improvisers are not doing their normal set, they are just going to come here and share 100 percent true stories and it's going to be awesome," he said.
