Baylor University received a generous financial donation toward its new football stadium.
School officials say the McLane family made the biggest financial donation in school history. The family asked that their donation be put toward the new stadium and asked to name it Baylor Stadium.
The stadium is expected to hold 45,000 people. It will have a bridge that connects it to campus.
The exact amount of the donation was not released. The football stadium is expected to be completed for the 2014 football season.
Last year, the Bears had a record-setting 10-3 season and received national kudos when quarterback Robert Griffin III won the Heisman Trophy.
