A healthy diet is about more than the foods that you eat. Organizational skills play a large role in making sure that you can stay on track.
Nutrition expert Kathy Kaehler’s “Sunday Set-Up Plan” has dieters planning for their week ahead.
“Sunday Set-Up actually was something that I ended up doing in my house because I've got three kids and when I became a mom it really took me by surprise because I thought I was totally organized and able to continue eating healthy,” she said. “It just got overwhelming and I was finding myself ordering in. It just wasn't what I wanted so I just started organizing my food at the top of each week.”
The plan starts with choosing foods Kaehler labels as having "mega powerhouse nutrition."
“It's all about whole food, looking at foods that are closest to their original state because it's healthier,” Kaehler says. “You're staying away from the processed foods that end up costing you more money.”
