Is your son or daughter away at college and soon to visit you for the weekend? Don't be surprised if the visit is a bit more stressful that you expected.
Most students do very well with campus pressure, but by the time they come back for a visit, things will be a bit different.
Time away from home has reinforced their independence and household rules should be revisited.
"By law they are they can do what they want but if they are staying under your roof, you have rules in your household and they usually they understand this," Dr. Allen Stefan said.
