If you're looking for personal training, you don't have to go far. In some cases you may not even have to leave the house.
Nike Sport science and Kinect have created a new technology that offers you all the benefits of having a personal trainer in your own home. That technology is in the form of a video game, Nike+ Kinect Training for Xbox 360, which creates full body workouts tailored just for the user.
The game begins to understand your movement via infrared technology and updates your workout every four weeks so you'll never get bored. It is also customizable, and social features allow you to work out with friends or even as a team using any of the Nike+ devices.
