Some say new maternity line encourages young pregnancy
Texas is one of five states where the popular clothing store Forever 21 is launching a new maternity line.
The line, called Love 21, is drawing criticism. Some say the line is encouraging more than just high fashion. Speculators wonder if the store is encouraging young pregnancy.
Forever 21 representatives say more than 80 percent of their shoppers are over the age of 18, and that's the target consumer for the maternity line.
They say it's just a coincidence that three of the five stores chosen for the line are located in states with some of the highest teen pregnancy rates in the nation.
