Fabi and Rosi is a family-owned and operated restaurant that features a modern take on classic European dishes.
Owners Wolfgang and Cassie wanted to serve a variety of European styles instead of limiting their menu to just Italian, German, or French recipes.
Located just off Lake Austin Boulevard, the restaurant makes sustainability a priority, and the owners make sure local and organic products are always on the menu.
Off the Plate’s Damian Mandola sat down with Wolfgang to learn about the European kitchen and what it serves on and off the plate.
