It’s a gourmet twist on street food that has quickly become an Austin staple.
Torchy’s Tacos started out as a single trailer on the corner of Baylor and Fifth streets long before the mobile food invasion actually began.
Now, business is booming with multiple Torchy’s locations and even some restaurants.
