Swift’s Attic opened just four months ago at Third Street and Congress Avenue.

The downtown restaurant is already attracting a hungry crowd of guests.

“The building we’re in is the Swift Premium Food Company’s old warehouse. At one point was a one-story building. They added a second story onto it and they used to keep stores up here,” Owner Stuart Thomajan said.

The building was built in 1905. Executive Chef Matt Clouser says the atmosphere and food is top notch.

“I really feel the menu is an expression of not only who I am as a cook but who I am as a man. It’s possible to come in here two or three times a week and have two or three completely different meals,” he said.
