There’s still plenty of time to plant your fall vegetables.

Chris Winslow with It’s about Thyme said it’s not too late to even start a vegetable garden from seed. According to Winslow, lettuce and collard greens would both do well if planted soon.

The most popular group of the fall and winter vegetables includes cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower and Brussels sprouts.
