E3 brings a convention center full of video games, but somehow a handful always seem to draw a few more of the "Ooo's" and "Ahh's" than the rest.

With Assassin's Creed, for example, there's just something about the realism of these titles that transports you back to other times. Assassin's Creed 3 is set during the American Revolution, complete with some cameos from George Washington.

"We have everything from a frontier landscape and then from there we go into the cities of Boston and New York," Ubisoft's Steven Masters said. "You're going to be playing in full accurate reconstructions. On top of that we also have an incredibly varied naval experience."

And considering "The Avengers" the movie is smashing all sorts of box office records, it's safe to say this upcoming Avengers title for the Kinect is garnering just a bit of interest.

"What you do in the game it's like launching the most powerful attack you can do like the Hulk smash. You rise your arm and hit the ground. Like Wolverine's claws you slash the enemy so it's all the cool stuff you can do in the game," Charles Benoit with Ubisoft said.

Finally, if you like that idea of virtually becoming your favorite character from a movie or book then without question any game that has the name "Harry Potter" in the title is certain to become a member on your must-have list.

"We wanted to take all eight movies and allow the players to basically replay their favorite moments from all the different movies," Joel Seider with Warner Brothers said. "So for example, there's a dueling club in here you use voice commands, you call out spells you want to cast and then to cast you simply do a wand motion just like you see the cast in the movies do."
