The time has come to begin preparing for your spring garden.
A great way to be prepared is by constructing raised garden beds. Chris Winslow, owner of It’s About Thyme Garden Center, said that a four feet by four feet raised bed is standard and when filled with good soil, compost and mulch, it can be a real asset for gardeners.
Another good way to get ready for spring is to start your seedlings. Winslow said to keep your seedlings inside near a window until the last frost of the year. Then you’ve got a head start when you plant it outside.
