Judge still weighing delay of Hasan trial

The defense presented its case to the presiding judge Tuesday to have the trial for accused Fort Hood shooter Maj. Nidal Hasan pushed back from June until October. The trial was originally scheduled to begin in March, but was delayed until June at request of the defense.

Nidal Hasan appeared before military court for his Article 32 hearing. He is charged with 13 counts of premeditated murder and 32 counts of attempted premeditated murder.
