Johnson sprained ankle against Rice
Mack Brown revealed Monday that starting running back Cody Johnson suffered a sprained ankle on his second carry of the game against Rice.

Johnson didn't tell the coaching staff and continued to play, finishing with 59 yards rushing.
Tre Newton has been named the starting running back for this weekend's game, he rushed for a team high 61 yards against Wyoming.
Mack said Johnson is not expected to practice Tuesday, but should play Saturday.
