The excitement that comes with a bowl game appearance is spreading like wildfire through the Baylor nation.
A day after the announcement of the Bears' spot in the Texas Bowl, fans were already trying to get their hands on bowl T-shirts.
Baylor fan Woody Butler was one of them.
"Well I'm real eager to get one, especially since we're talking about making the trip ourselves and attending the bowl," Woody said.
W Promotions wasted no time in printing the shirts at the store's downtown location.
"We've been, you know, just working on some designs since last week and submitting those to the licensing programs and the bowl committees themselves," W Promotions co-owner Trent Weaver explained.
Approval came on Sunday, and by Monday they were on a mission to meet the demand of fans.
"Even before we were allowed to start printing, a lot of folks said, 'Hey, when are you going to print? When are they going to be available?'" Weaver said.
It's an extra boost for business just in time for the holidays, but you could even say it's double the excitement for Weaver because he's a proud Baylor graduate.
"I graduated back in 1989 and played baseball for Baylor and I've been in the T-shirt business for twelve years, so this will be our first bowl experience of being in the T-shirt business with Baylor football," Weaver said.
So he's right there with fans like Butler who are ecstatic about the big game.
"Congratulations to Coach Briles and the team, and we hope we get a win on December 29th," Weaver said.
The Texas Bowl will be played at Reliant Stadium in Houston. Baylor will take on Illinois Dec. 29 at 5 pm.
The game will be on ESPN.
