A last-minute, double overtime loss will not be the end of the season for the UT soccer team. Thats how Texas was eliminated in the Big 12 tournament by Oklahoma State....
But the Horns got their names called to the Big Dance.

Texas earned an at-large to the NCAA tournament. The Longhorns come in as an nine seed, and will play South Carolina on the road Friday evening. UT did not think they would be in, so they are happy just to be dancing.

Texas State is also in the big dance. They beat Stephen F. Austin 1-0 Sunday afternoon to win the Southland Conference tournament. With the win, the Bobcats advance to their fifth NCAA tournament. They will play Baylor in the first round this weekend.
