AUSTIN, Texas (AP) - Big 12 Conference leaders No. 13/13 Kansas State defeated Texas, 81-69, on Saturday night at the Frank Erwin Center.

Four players scored in double figures for the Wildcats (22-5, 11-3 Big 12), who share first place in the Big 12 with Kansas. Texas entered the game as the NCAA Division I leader in 3-point field goal percentage, but Kansas State made 9-of-18 from long range against the Longhorns.

Myck Kabongo scored a career-high 24 points for Texas (12-15, 4-10). Kabongo has scored in doubles figures and played in 35 minutes or more in all four games since his return on Feb. 13 against Iowa State.

The Longhorns host Oklahoma on Wednesday at 8 p.m. CT on ESPN2.
