A Travis County Grand jury indicted Colton Pitonyak for murder in the death of Jennifer Cave.

Police say, back in July, Pitonyak murdered Cave then mutilated her body in the West Campus area of Central Austin.

He then left town with a female friend.

PItonyak was captured in Eagle Pass near the Texas-Mexico border.

The woman with him, Laura Hall, was indicted for helping Pitonyak avoid arrest.
