Laura Hall appeared in a Travis County court with her attorney Monday morning for a pre-trial hearing.

Hall is the woman who fled to Mexico with Colton Pitonyak, who was convicted of killing Jennifer Cave in 2005.

Currently, she's charged with hindering apprehension for her role in helping Colton Pitonyak escape the country.

During Pitonyak's trial, defense lawyers accused Hall of playing a major role in covering up Cave's murder.

Because of that, there was speculation that Hall might face more serious charges, including evidence tampering.

Hall's next hearing will be April 18.
