Laura Hall is expected back in a Travis County court Wednesday afternoon. Hall is the woman who fled to Mexico with Colton Pitonyak.

In January, Pitonyak was convicted of killing Jennifer Cave.

Her dismembered body was found in his west campus area apartment in August 2005.

Hall is currently charged with hindering apprehension for her role in helping Pitonyak escape the country. During Pitonyak's trial, defense lawyers accused Hall of playing a major role in covering up Cave's murder.

Because of that, there's speculation that Hall might face more serious charges, including evidence tampering.
