Laura Hall will stay behind bars after the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles denied her parole request Tuesday.

Her next hearing will be February of next year.

Hall is serving a five year sentence for her part in the murder of Jennifer Cave in 2005.

Laura Hall was found guilty of tampering with Cave's body after Colton Pitonyak murdered her.

She was also given one year in prison for helping Pitonyak resist arrest when they fled to Mexico.
