Authorities released more details about Monday's wreck in Burnet County that killed a young girl.

Lower Colorado River Authority Police were called to the Grelle Recreation area early Monday morning.

There they found a Ford F-150 pickup involved in a roll-over. One adult and six children were in the truck. The driver was 47-year-old Linda Mescher of Spicewood.

Only one of the children was in the cab, the others were riding in the pickup's bed, including 11-year-old Brianna Plehn, who died at the scene.

LCRA Police are investigating the incident along with the Burnet County Sheriff and the Department of Public Safety.
