An arrest warrant has been issued for a woman who was behind the wheel, during a fatal rollover accident at the Grelle Recreation Center, near Lake Travis in Burnet County.

Investigators said five children were in the bed of the truck that rolled over, and 11-year-old Brianna Plehn died in the crash.

Spicewood resident Lynda Mescher is charged with injury to a child, a second degree felony.

If convicted, she faces a 20-year sentence and a $10,000 fine. More charges could follow, as the investigation into the wreck continues.

An LCRA spokesperson said Mescher is working with her attorney to surrender.
