Silver Trails Horse Ranch owner, Lynda Mescher appeared in the 33rd Judicial District Court of Burnet County on Friday, to plead not guilty to five counts of injury to a child, and one count of manslaughter.

Mescher was driving a truck that rolled over near the Grelle Recreation Center at Lake Travis in January.

11-year-old Brianna Plehn was killed by the rollover and all but one of the children injured were in the bed of the truck when the rollover occurred.

Mescher's next court date is set for October 2.
