Construction on the Pfluger Bridge extension will close the park between B.R. Reynolds Road and San Antonio Street Sept. 18 and 19.

Officials began posting the signs Wednesday.

The construction is part of a new north-to-south route for cyclists and pedestrians. Construction in September will connect Lady Bird Lake with Sixth Street and Lamar Market District over Cesar Chavez Street.

If you plan to be out and during those September days, you can plot out a route ahead of time.
