Some were skeptical when high rise condominium buildings started popping up in downtown Austin. However, it appears the new living facilities are doing well and pumping life into the heart of the city.
Austin Business Journal Editor Colin Pope said around 1,800 condominiums popped up downtown last year, and now there are only 300 left.
